Man shot dead in Faridabad

FARIDABAD: A 35-year-old man was shot dead at 3pm on Saturday in Ballabgarh, Faridabad. The victim, identified as Madan, was hit by 10 bullets, said police.
Madan, from Korali village, had received a phone call in the afternoon to come to a wine shop in Sector 2. As he got down from his car and started walking towards a Scorpio, six men sitting in it opened fire.
Family members of the victim suspect people from a nearby village, who had personal enmity with Madan, to be behind the murder.
Locals blocked traffic on Ajronda Chowk for about an hour. No FIR has been lodged till late evening.
